振动参数对油菜籽仁皮分离效果的影响

【摘要】 为提高油菜籽仁皮分离效果,采用3因素二次回归通用旋转组合设计对影响油菜籽仁皮分离效果的关键技术———油菜籽仁皮混合物的振动分层进行了试验研究。用数理统计方法建立数学模型,探讨各振动参数对油菜籽仁皮混合物振动分层效果的影响,同时进行综合优化。结果表明,振幅x1=1.87 mm,频率x2=52.53 Hz,料层厚度x3=27.57 mm,分层效果最好。

【Abstract】 For improve the rapeseed kernel husk separation performance,The rapeseed hulls-kernels vibration hierarchical classification,that the key technique affecting rapeseed kernel husk separation rate,was studied by the method of three factors and secondary regression.The mathematical regression equation model was established between affecting factors and the vibration hierarchical classification rate according to the test data,and the effects of each parameter on the vibration hierarchical classification rate were discussed.Then,by means of computer optimization technique,the preferable combination of parameters were gained.The results indicated that when the amplitude was 1.87 mm, the frequency was 52.53 Hz,the thickness of materials was 27.57 mm,the rapeseed hulls-kernels vibration hierarchical classification rate was the best.
