【摘要】 目的:评价分析钢板和弹性髓内钉治疗成人腓骨多段粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法:对采用AO弹性髓内钉(TEN)固定的10例腓骨多段粉碎性骨折患者和采用钢板内固定的10例腓骨多段粉碎性骨折患者进行了5～19个月(平均11.6个月)的随访。分别对两组固定腓骨多段骨折的手术时间、出血量、皮肤切口长度、手术费用、手术创口感染情况、骨折愈合时间进行比较。结果:上述两组指标比较均存在显著性差异,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:弹性髓内钉内固定治疗成人腓骨多段粉碎性骨折疗效肯定,与钢板内固定比较,具有手术切口小、软组织损伤小、手术时间短、康复快、并发症少等特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To appraise and analyze the curative effects of steel plate and titanium elastic nailing(TEN)to cure multi-section comminuted fracture of fibular bone in adults.Methods:20 cases of patients with multi-section comminuted fracture of fibular bone were randomly divided into two groups,group A(10 cases,fixed with TEN)and group B(10 cases,with steel plate).They were made for follow up(from 5 months to 19 months,averagely 11.6 months),such items as operation times,volume of blood lost,incisal opening length of skin,cost on operation,informations of wound infection and times on union of fracture were recored and compared in two groups.Results:There had significant difference on indexes compared above in two groups,and there had statistical significance of them(P<0.05).Conclusion:TEN for internal fixation had certain curative effect on curing multi-section comminuted fracture of fibular bone in adults.Compared with steel plate,it had such features as little operative incision,trivial soft tissue injury,short time of operation,quick recovery and few complication.更多还原
