【摘要】 目的:探讨痿症方对嗅鞘细胞(Olfactory ensheathing cells OECs)增殖影响的血清药理学实验方法的建立。方法:采用MTT法检测各组给药剂量、采血时间、血清浓度的痿症方的血清培养大鼠OECs9天后的OD值。结果:5倍剂量组(给药剂量),1小时组(采血时间)的OD值,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),各组培养血清浓度OD值10%组>20%组>5%组。结论:痿症方5倍剂量灌胃,末次给药1小时后腹主动脉采血,制备血清后,以10%的浓度培养,能较好的促进大鼠OECs的增殖。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To approach the establishment of serum pharmacology empirical method on the influence of WEIZHENGFANG(WZF,a TCM composition)to Olfactory ensheathing cells(OECs)multiplication.Methods:OD values of serum 9 days later were detected with method of MTT,such items as dosages,times of blood,density of serum were included to promote OECs multiplication.Result:Compared to control groups,the discrepancy had statistical significance in groups of 5-multiple-dose(dosage)and one-hour(time of getting blood)(P<0.05).On OD values of serum density in several groups,the sequent(from large to small)was 10% group,20% group,5% group.Conclusion:The mothod of 5-multiple-dose of WZF intragastric administration,blood got from abdominal aorta 1-hour after the end of dosage,prepared for the serum and 10%-density cultivate,could promote better Olfactory ensheathing cells multiplication in rats.更多还原
