细支气管肺泡癌的FDG-PET显像
FDG-PET Imaging of Bronchial Alveolar Carcinoma
【摘要】 目的:探讨细支气管肺泡癌的FDG-PET显像特点。材料和方法:回顾性分析经病理证实的54例细支气管肺泡癌患者的FDG-PET显像结果,其中4例患者并进行11C-胆碱显像。测量病变部位的标准摄取值(最大值SUVmax及平均值SUVmean),并测量病变的最大直径。结果:54例患者检出60个病灶,55个病灶可见高于肺本底的局灶性放射性摄取,SUVmax3.12±2.34,SUVmean2.20±1.95。5个病灶未见明确放射性摄取增高。SUV值与病灶直径呈正相关(r=0.7867)。结论:细支气管肺泡癌FDG摄取程度较低,易出现误诊、漏诊,应紧密结合其他影像学检查方法提高诊断确诊率。
【Abstract】 Bronchial alveolar carcinoma (BAC) is a common lung tumor with special clinical features. In the current study, PET imaging was used to assess fluorine-18 labeled fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) uptake of BAC. Materials and Methods: Fifty-four patients who were pathologically diagnosed as bronchial alveolar carcinoma were studied with 18F-FDG PET, among them, 4 patients underwent 11C-Choline scan as well. The maximum and mean standard uptake value ( SUVmax and SUVmean)of the lesions were measured. Results: Fifty-five of the 60 lesions were detected by FDG-PET, with SUVmax and SUVmean were 3.12±2.34, 2.20±1.95, respectively. The uptake of tumors was higher than that of normal lung tissue. Correlation were found between SUV value and tumor size (r=0.7867). Conclusion: The uptake of 18F -FDG in bronchial alveolar carcinoma is relatively low. Combining other imaging modalities to diagnose BAC is needed.
