【摘要】 目的:研究肝纤胶囊对急慢性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:采用四氯化碳(CCl4)和D-氨基半乳糖盐酸盐(D-GalN)复制小鼠急性肝损伤模型,观察该药对血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)和天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)的影响,以及对组织病理学变化的影响;采用CCl4及高脂饲料等复合因素复制大鼠慢性肝纤维化模型,观察该药对肝组织羟脯氨酸含量的影响,以及对组织病理学变化的影响。结果:与模型对照组比较,肝纤胶囊能明显降低血清ALT和AST,能明显降低肝组织羟脯氨酸含量,改善组织病理学变化。结论:肝纤胶囊对急慢性肝损伤具有保肝降酶、抗肝纤维化的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of Ganxian capsule on experimental liver injury and liver fibrosis.Methods: The actue liver injury model was established in mice by CCl4 and D-GalN.The chronic liver fibrosis model was established in rats by CCl4 and other composite of factors.The serum aminotransferase(ALT,AST) in mice and liver tissue contents of hydroxyproline in rats were measured,histologic changes of liver tissue were observed at the end of the experiment.Results: The experimental results showed that Ganxian capsule had remarkable protective effects against the actue and chronic liver damage,inhibited the increase of serum ALT and AST in mice,decreased liver hydroxyproline level in rats.Histological lesion of liver in Ganxian capsules gruop were less severe than those of hepatic injury control.Conclusion: It suggested that Ganxian capsule has effects of protecting liver and anti-liver fibrosis.更多还原
