PGE2/cAMP信号通路对芍药甘草汤镇痛作用的影响

【摘要】 目的:探讨芍药甘草汤的镇痛作用机制。方法:采用福尔马林致痛法观察I相和II相疼痛反应;采用酶联免疫法测定冰醋酸致痛小鼠血清中前列腺素E2(PGE2)和环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)的浓度。结果:较大剂量芍药甘草汤对福尔马林致痛模型动物I相和II相疼痛反应均呈现抑制作用;并明显降低冰醋酸致痛模型小鼠血清中PGE2和cAMP浓度。结论:PGE2/cAMP信号通路参与了芍药甘草汤的镇痛作用。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the analgesic mechanism of peony and licorice decoction.Methods:The I and II-phase pain were observed with the pain model caused by formalin,and the variation of prostaglandin E2(PGE2)and cyclic adenosine monophosphate(cAMP)concentration in serum of the pain model mice caused by ice acetate were determined by ELISA.Results:The more significant dose of peony and licorice decoction had inhibitory effect on the I and II-phase pain in formalin-induced pain model rats.PGE2 and cAMP concentration in serum of ice acetate-induced pain model mice were markedly decreased.Conclusion:Peony and licorice decoction had effect on analgesia via the signal pathway of PGE2/cAMP.
