【摘要】 目的通过阴道解脲脲原体感染的病例进行回顾性分析,为诊治阴道解脲脲原体感染提供科学依据。方法对妇科门诊就诊的怀疑阴道解脲脲原体感染的病例首先采用荧光定量PCR测定解脲脲原体,根据UU-DNA拷贝数给予经验用药,用药两周停药1周后复查支原体培养及药敏,培养阳性者按药敏结果给药2周,停药2周后再复查UU-DNA。结果经验用药1疗程后52.6%的患者支原体培养转阴性,47.4%的阳性患者按药敏结果给药1疗程再复查UU-DNA,78.2%转阴性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To carries on the review analysis of the infective cases of vaginal Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU) in order to provide the scientific basis in diagnosing vaginal Uu infection.Methods:Those suspicious Uu infected women who see doctors in gynecology outpatient service department are first used fluorescent quantitative PCR to determine UU-DNA,then given the experience medication according to the UU-DNA copy number,after applied drugs for two weeks they stop medicine for a week to reexamine culture and sensitivity test,the positive are given medicine for two weeks according to the medicine sensitive result,then stop the medicine for two weeks to reexamine UU-DNA again.Results:The experience medication for a treatment course make 52.6% patients transfer to culture negative,47.4% positive patients reexamined UU-PCR again result in the 78.2% revolution of negative after a medicine treatment course according to the medicine sensitive result.更多还原
