【摘要】 目的分析评价低场强血管造影(LF-3D-CE MRA)在主动脉夹层诊断中的价值。方法在0.35T低场MR仪上,对19例主动脉夹层的患者进行常规扫描后,采用梯度回波序列(FE),动态增强扫描,原始图像做最大投影密度(MIP)三维(3D)重建,并对图像质量和病变影像表现进行分析。结果图像质量:优12例(63%)、良6例(32%)、差1例(5%)。本组主动脉夹层19例,按Debaky分型:Ⅰ型5例(5/19),Ⅱ型1例(1/19),Ⅲ型13例(13/19),常规平扫发现的并发症/伴发症主要有:胸腔积液、主动脉瘤、主动脉旁渗出和血栓形成。结论LF3D-CE MRA能直观显示主动脉的"双腔"征和分离内膜片,并显示病变段的整体三维空间形态,但观察邻近结构和周围器官尚需结合常规扫描断层图像;为临床制定治疗方案提供可靠依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze and evaluate the value of the LF-3D-CE MRA in diagnosis of dissection of aorta.Methods To re-establish the original image from maximum projection density(MIP)three dimension(3D)and analyze the quality and the manifestation of the process images under 0.35T low MR,by using gradin-echo(GE)and dynamic state enhancement scanning,after routine scanning 19 patients who have dissection of aorta.Results Image quality:excellent:12(63%);good:6(32%);difference:1(5%).Ninteen patients with dissection of aorta in this group.According to Debaky typing:Debaky-I:5(5/19);Debaky-II:1(1/19);Debaky-III:13(13/19).The main complications to be discovered by routine scanning are thoracic cavity hydras,aortic aneurysm,side aortic exudation and thrombosis.Conclusion LF-3D-CE MRA can directly display the "double cavity"sign and separating tunica intima lamellar,and also display three dimensional morphous of the whole pathological change parts.But for supplying reliable evidence to clinical treatment perscription,it should be combined together with routine scanning images when observing the vicinity structure and peripheral organs.更多还原
