芭蕾舞学员耻骨联合骨软骨炎的CT诊断

【摘要】 目的分析芭蕾舞学员耻骨联合骨软骨炎的CT表现及诊断价值。方法对24例芭蕾舞学员行骨盆常规螺旋CT扫描,测量其耻骨联合宽度并观察分析耻骨联合骨质改变及其稳定性。结果24例芭蕾舞学员耻骨联合间隙2~7mm,平均4.37mm,10例可见耻骨联合间隙不同程度增宽。24例均有一侧或双侧耻骨联合骨缘骨质改变:14例存在轻度局限性骨质致密,20例存在锯齿状或鼠咬状骨质破坏,13例存在小片状骨块游离或蒂状小骨块。10例存在耻骨联合稳定性欠佳,休息体位耻骨联合上缘左右相差2~4mm。结论多排螺旋CT对早期诊断耻骨联合骨软骨炎具有重要价值,因此对于指导芭蕾舞学员正确训练具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the CT findings and the value in the diagnosis of the pubic symphysis osteochondritis of ballet students.Methods Multi-slice spiral CT studies of the pelvis were performed in 24 ballet students.We measured the width of the pubic symphysis and analyzed the changes of quality and stability of bone.Results The width of the pubic symphysis ranged from 2 mm to 7 mm,the mean width was 4.37 mm.We can see the width of the pubic symphysis become wider with different degree in 10 cases.The changes of quality of bone occurred in one side or both sides of the pubic symphysis:slightly local bone dense was seen in 14 cases and serrate or rat-bite destruction of bone was seen in 20 cases,and little lamellar free bone block or pedicle bone block was found in 13 cases.Bad stability of pubic symphysis was seen in 10 cases,The difference of upper border of both sides of the pubic symphysis was of 2-4 mm.Concluson Multi-slice spiral CT has important value to early diagnosis of the pubic symphysis osteochondritis.So it is of great meanings to provide the conduct of the exact exercises of the ballet students.
