【摘要】 目的探讨保洁工管理措施,有效控制医院感染。方法采用严把进人关、建立健全规章制度、加强医院感染相关知识培训、加强医疗废物的处置环节管理、加强个人防护、随时督导和定期检查等措施对保洁工进行科学管理。结果对保洁工管理措施到位,提高了保洁工对医院感染意识及自我防护意识、强化环节质量、规范医疗废物处置、卫生洗手等,有效控制了医院感染。结论根据保洁工管理中存在的问题,加强保洁工管理,对预防医院感染、提高医疗质量十分重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss medical dustmen management measures,so as to control hospital infection effectively.Methods A series of scientific measures on management of medical dustmen were taken such as: to ensure the presonal quality of dustmen being taken on the staff,to establish and amplify necessary rules and regulations,to streng then the fraining of interrelated knowledge,to strengthen the management of melical waste materials,to strengthen presonal protection,to supervise and speed up fulfilment of assigned tasksa in time,etc.Result After the measures being carried out,the dustmen’s consciousness on hospital infection and self-protection was enhanced.The hospital infection was then controlled effectively.Conclusion Management of medical dustmen plays an important role in hospital infection control and enhancement of medical quality.更多还原
