【摘要】 随着我国花卉产业的发展,开发利用野生花卉具有重要意义。为实现乌头商品化开发研究了基质、激素以及插穗长度对乌头扦插的影响,结果表明,草炭、沙、土3种扦插基质中,以草炭效果最好,插穗长度以20 cm为佳,生根率可达78.8%,激素以600 mg/L NAA处理表现最好。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of the flower industry in China, it is important to exploit our wild flower resources.In order to cultivate Aconitum carmichaeli Debx.for industrial use,the cutting substrate,the rooting auxin and the cutting length for its shoot cutting were studied.The results showed that the turfy soil had the best rooting percentage in the three cutting substrates as turfy soil,sand and soil.The cuttings of 20cm length had 78.8% of rooting percentage which was the best result.And the treatment of naphthaleneacetic acid(NAA) at 600mg/L beforehand showed the best result by means of rooting percentage.更多还原
