【摘要】 目的:研究舒芬太尼混合左旋布比卡因在小儿骶管阻滞术后镇痛的效果与安全性。方法:选择100例ASAⅠ级、年龄3～6岁、择期行斜疝高位结扎修补手术患儿,随机分为,四组麻醉,每组25例;Ⅰ组骶管注入0.375%左旋布比卡因+舒芬太尼1μg·ml^-1混合液,Ⅱ组骶管注入0.375%左旋布比卡因+吗啡50μg·ml^-1混合液,Ⅲ组骶管注入0.375%左旋布比卡因+芬太尼5μg·ml^-1混合液,Ⅳ组骶管注入0.375%左旋布比卡因。术后1,3,5,8,12,24 h观察患儿的血压、心率、呼吸、脉搏血氧饱和度,评定镇痛效果及术后运动功能;观察并记录不良反应情况。结果:术后3、5、8 h,Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组的镇痛效果与Ⅳ组对比有统计学意义;术后8、12、24 hⅠ组、Ⅱ组的镇痛效果与Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组对比有统计学意义。Ⅱ组患儿不良反应率较高。结论:舒芬太尼混合左旋布比卡因注入小儿骶管行术后镇痛效果好、安全性高,不良反应少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect and safety of sufentanil mixed levobupivacaine on postoperative analgesia in pediatric sa- crum tube block.Method:One hundred pediatric patients（ASAⅠ,3-6 years old）who were undergone optional repair hernia sur- gery of high ligation.They were randomly divided to four anesthesia groups（groupⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ）with 25 cases each.0.375% levobupivacaine mixed sufentanil 1μg·ml^-1was injected in sacrum tube in groupⅠ,0.375% levobupivacaine mixed morphine 50μg·ml^-1,0.375% levobupivacaine mixed fentanil 5μg·ml^-1and 0.375% levobupivacaine were injected in groupⅡ,Ⅲ,Ⅳrespective- ly.The analgesia effect and movement functions after the surgery and drug adverse reactions were observed and recorded 1、3、5、8、12、24hours after the surgery.Result:The analgesia effect in groupⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、were significantly better than the groupⅣwhen 3,5 and 8 hours after the operation;The analgesia effect in groupⅠ、Ⅱwere significantly better than the groupⅢ、Ⅳwhen 8、12、24 hours after the operation.There were more adverse reations in groupⅡ.Conclusion:Sufentanil mixed levobupivacaine used on postoperative anal- gesia in pediatric sacrum tube anesthesia has good effect and safety,and the adverse reations are few.更多还原
