【摘要】 目的:建立活血胶囊中的丹参酮Ⅱ_A的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱:Kromasil C₁₈（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）;流动相为甲醇-水（75:25）;检测波长为270 nm;流速:1.0ml·min^-1;柱温:35℃.结果:丹参酮Ⅱ_A在72.0～360.0ng范围内呈线性关系,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为98.18%,RSD=1.92%（n=6）。结论:该方法简便、准确、可靠,可用于活血胶囊中丹参酮Ⅱ_A的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the content of TanshinoneⅡ_A in Huoxue Capsule.Method:The kromasil C₁₈ column （250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm） was used,the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water（75:25）,the column temperature was 35℃;the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1 and the detection wavelength was at 270 nm.Result:TanshinoneⅡ_A showed a good linearity within the range of 72.0～360.0 ng.The average recovery was 98.18% and RSD was 1.92% （n=6）.Conclusion:The method was rapid,accurate and can be used for quality control of TanshinoneⅡ_A in Huoxue Capsule.更多还原
