【摘要】 目的:观察葛根素对突发性耳聋的治疗效果。方法:60例(64耳)突发性耳聋患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组30例(33耳)用葛根素注射.液0.4 g,静滴,qd;对照组30例(31耳)用低分子右旋糖酐500 ml(低分子右旋糖酐25 g),静滴,qd;疗程20 d。结果:治疗组总有效率66.67%,对照组总有效率32.26%,治疗组高于对照组有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:葛根素治疗突发性耳聋疗效显著,无明显不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of puerarin for injection on sudden deafness.Method:Sixty patients (64ears)of sudden deafness were randomly divided into treated group 30 cases(33 ears)and controlled group 30 cases(31 ears). Puerarin for injection 0.4 g ivd,qd was administered to patients of treated group,while low molecular dextran 500 ml was administered to patients of controlled group by the same way.The course was 20 days.Result:The total effective rate in treated group and controlled group was 66.67% and 32.23%,respectively,and that of the former was higher than that of the later statistically(P<0.01);Con- clusion:There are remarkable therapeutic effects and no adverse reactions of puerarin for injection in the treatment of sudden deafness.更多还原
