【摘要】 目的:验证重组人干扰素α_2b阴道片的抗病毒作用。方法:采用组织细胞培养法和建立小鼠阴道炎动物模型,对不同活性的重组人干扰素α_2b及重组人干扰素α_2b阴道片进行体内外抗病毒药效学研究。结果:重组人干扰素α_2b在体外有抑制单纯疱疹病毒2型的致细胞病变作用;体内抗病毒试验显示重组人干扰素α_2b阴道片可明显减轻单纯疱疹病毒2型所致小鼠阴道炎。结论:重组人干扰素α_2b及其阴道片在体内外均具有明显抗单纯疱疹病毒2型的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObJective:To verify the antivirus function of recombinant human interferonα_2bvaginal tablets.Method:The tissue cell culture method was adopted and the model of mice vaginitis was builded,the pharmacodynamics of antivirus by recombinant human interferonα_2bvaginal tablets with different activity were studied in vitro and in vivo,respectively.Result:Tests were showed recombi- nant human interferonα_2bprossesed function of anti 2-type single herpes virus in vitro and recombinant human interferonα_2bvaginal tablets evidently lightened mice vaginitis induced with 2-type single herpes virus in vivo.Conclusion:Recombinant human interferonα_2band recombinant human interferonα_2bvaginal tablets have funtion of anti-2type single herpes virus in vitro and in vivo respectively.更多还原
