【摘要】 目的:寻求和验证简易快速躯体脱毒方法,为快速进入纳曲酮防复吸治疗打好基础。方法:前期以非阿片类药物进行3-4天脱毒治疗,继之以丙泊酚注射液200-400mg间断静脉推注,使患者维持在麻醉状态。然后静推纳洛酮注射液0.8-1.2mg,以后每隔10-15分钟静推1.2mg,连续3-6次后停止使用纳洛酮,整个过程持续1-2小时,待患者清醒后返回病房。结果:所有168例患者均顺利完成快速躯体脱毒治疗,术中除心率及血压有显著性变化外,呼吸、血氧饱和度及瞳孔等都无明显变化,术中患者反应平稳,无明显躁动、呕吐等现象;患者从开始治疗至清醒时间为1.83±0.67h;术前术后各项检查结果无明显差异;术中术后无严重并发症及不良反应;168例患者脱毒成功率达100%。结论:该脱毒方法简便、快速、安全、易于操作、疗效肯定,且能快速进入纳曲酮防复吸治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To seek and verify the way with simple rapid detexification, in order to prevent from repeat Naltrexone taking quickly. Methods: Firist, patients were assigned to take non-opioid detoxification for 3-4 days, then Propofol injection was inject 200-400mg in vein interval, patients were in state of anesthesia, and then inject Naloxone injection 0.8-1.2mg.Patients were injected 1.2mg during 10-15 minutes, stop performance Naloxone in- jection after continuous 3-6times. All continuous 1-2 hours, patients were back hospital room when patients had conscious. Results: All 168 patients performed successful rapid body detoxification, respire, degree of blood oxy- gen saturation and pupil show no significantly changes except heart rates and blood pressure show significantly changes, patients reacts were smooth ,no obvious mania and vomit; patients time is 1.83±0.67h between treat- ment begin to conscious emerge. Examination result show no significantly differences pre and post operation, no serious compliance and side effect during and post operation. Rate of detoxification is 100%. Conclusions: The way of detoxification is simple, rapid and performance easy, efficacy may be good, may rapid performed prevent from repeat take, were benefit to perform.更多还原
