【摘要】 目的观察活血解毒中药对急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者血清可溶性CD40(sCD40L)的影响。方法将62例ACS患者随机分为两组,对照组予以常规西药治疗,治疗组在常规西药治疗基础上加服活血解毒汤,均治疗4周;测定两组治疗后血清sCD40L水平的变化。结果两组患者血清sCD40L水平均降低,而治疗组降低更为明显。结论活血解毒中药能明显降低ACS患者血清sCD40L水平,对ACS炎症反应有抗炎作用,有利于动脉粥样硬化斑块的稳定和ACS的防治。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of therapeutic method of blood-activating and detoxifying on serum level of sCD40L in the patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods:Sixty-two patients with ACS were randomized into two groups.30 cases of control group with routine treatment of Western medicine,32 cases of treatment group with therapeutic method of blood-activating and detoxifying of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).Serum Levels of sCD40L in all of the cases were detected by ELISA before treatment and 4 weeks later.Results:After treatment the Serum Level of sCD40L of both groups decreased significantly,but the observed group changed much more obviously than control group.Conclusion:The therapeutic method of blood-activating and detoxifying of TCM can significantly lowers the Serum Level of sCD40L in patients with ACS.Maybe the therapeutic method of TCM has a beneficial effect on stabilization of arterosclerotic plaque and inhibition of inflammatory reaction.更多还原
