【摘要】 目的观察宣肺平喘、温阳利水法治疗肺心病急性发作期合并心衰的临床疗效。方法将87例肺心病急性发作期合并心衰患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用中西医结合综合方案治疗,对照组予以西医常规治疗,均治疗14d;比较两组疗效性指标。结果治疗组在综合疗效评定、主要症状、次要症状、体征、心功能、自我生活能力等方面疗效均优于对照组。结论肺心病急性发作期合并心衰采用中西医结合综合治疗方案,能提高总体疗效,降低病死率,改善症状、体征,改善心功能,提高生活能力,具有较好的安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish the means of "dispersing Lung-Qi and relieving asthma,warming Yang to induce diuresis"as the principle and method of treating CPHD during acute onset period with heart failure.Methods:87 patients suffering from CPHD during its acute onset period and along with heart failure were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group received integrated treatment of TCM and Western Medicine and the control group received conventional treatment of Western Medicine.Both the two groups were treated for 14d.Observed the effect indexes and compared their results.Results:The treatment group had better effect than the control group on the general curative effect,rehospitalization rate,relieving main,subordinate symptoms and signs,improving the status of the heart function,abilities of personal living.Conclusion:Based on the routine treatment of Western Medicine,the method of"dispersing Lung-Qi and relieving asthma,warming Yang to induce diuresis"can enhance the general curative effect,reduce mortality and rehospitalization rate,relieve symptoms and signs,improve the status of the heart function and promote abilities of personal living.The integrated treatment of TCM and Western medicine has quite good clinical effect and safety.更多还原
