【摘要】 目的探讨中药制剂肾舒宁口服液治疗慢性肾功能不全(CRI)早期尿毒症的临床疗效。方法将CRI早期尿毒症患者152例随机分为两组,治疗组84例在基础治疗的基础上给予肾舒宁口服液,对照组68例在基础治疗的基础上给予包醛氧淀粉,两组均连续服用60d;观察两组治疗后临床症状、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Scr)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血浆白蛋白(A1b)及血脂改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率88.10%,对照组为70.59%,两组疗效差异有显著性;治疗组BUN、Scr改善优于对照组,其血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)降低较对照组明显。结论肾舒宁口服液对CRI早期尿毒症患者有较好疗效,能显著降低血脂,改善患者临床症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effection of Chinese drugs preparation Shenshuning Oral in treatment of early uremia of chronic renal insufficiency( CRI). M ethods: People with early uremia of CRI were selected, total 152cases, then which were divided into two groups randomly. The treatment group including 84 cases were dealt with Chinese drugs preparation Shenshuning Oral, which were dealt with the basis treatment. And the treatment were continued 60 days. At the same time the control group, including 68 cases, were dealt with fecula oral under the basis treatment. Clinic symptom, blood usea nitrogen( BUN), scallion cleanup rate( Scr), haematoglobin( Hb), albumin( Alb), and blood lipid were detected before and after the treatment in two groups. Results: The total efficient stability in the treatment group was 88. 10% , and the control group was 70. 59% . The declination of BUN and Scr after treatment of the treatment group was higher than those of the control group. The declination of total cholesterol(TC) and glycerin trilaurate( TG) after treatment of the treatment group was higher than those of the control group. Conclusion: Chinese drugs preparation Shenshuning Oral are effective to treat early uremia of CRI, which could prominent decline blood lipid, and meliorate the clinical sympyom.更多还原
