【摘要】 目的探讨葛根素注射液对急性酒精中毒家兔脑啡肽活性的影响及对急性酒精中毒家兔脑β-内啡肽活性水平的调控机理。方法采用随机对照分组方法,观察葛根素注射液组与纳洛酮注射液组的急性酒精中毒家兔治疗后酒醒时间、治愈率和病死率;于急性酒精中毒家兔造模前后检测血清脑啡肽、β-内啡肽(β-EP)水平以及葛根素注射液组、纳洛酮注射液组急性酒精中毒家兔血清脑啡肽、β-EP的水平。结果葛根素注射液与纳洛酮注射液对急性酒精中毒家兔治疗后酒醒时间比较具有显著差异,治愈率和病死率两组相近。葛根素注射液组急性酒精中毒家兔血浆中脑啡肽、β-EP水平均显著高于纳洛酮注射液组,葛根素注射液组治疗后脑啡肽、β-EP均有所降低,纳洛酮注射液组变化不明显。结论葛根素治疗后急性酒精中毒家兔血浆中脑啡肽、β-EP活性明显下降,提示其对急性酒精中毒家兔有保护和治疗作用,其调控机理为葛根不仅可以拮抗β-EP的反应,而且可减少β-EP的释放,同时亦可减少脑啡肽的释放。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To approach the effect of puerarin injection on enkephalin activity and the regulation mechanism of puerarin on the level of enkephalin activity in acute alcoholism rabbits.Methods:Randomizing and controlled grouping were used to compare the waking-up time,recovery rate and fatality rate of acute alcoholism rabbits treated by puerarin injection and naloxone injection separately.Detections were utilized on the level of enkephalin and β-EP in serum before and after acute alcoholism model establishing in rabbits,and the effect of puerarin injection and naloxone injection on level and activity of enkephalin and β-EP in acute alcoholism rabbits.Results:Significant difference of waking-up time was found between the rabbits treated by puerarin injection and naloxone injection separately ,while no difference was found in recovery rate or fatality rate between two groups.The level of enkephalin and β-EP in puerarin injection group were both higher than those in naloxone injection group .After treatment ,enkephalin and β-EP both decreased in puerarin group while no significant changing were found in naloxone injection gorup.Conclusion:The decrease of enkephalin and β-EP in acute alcoholism rabbits after treatment by puerarin promoted the protecting and therapeutic effect of puerarin in acute alcoholism rabbits.Puerarin could antagonize the response effect of β-EP,decrease the releasing of β-EP,and decrease the releasing of enkephalin in the meanwhile.更多还原
