【Abstract】 The four dimensions of teachers’ innovative abilities in higher vocational schools are interior driving force,intellectuality,personality and practice abilities.Practical abilities are important factors for forming teachers’ innovative abilities.Therefore,higher vocational schools should develop social practice positively,boost the integration of production,teaching with research,and try to enhance the innovative abilities of higher vocational school teachers through optimizing outer conditions and management mechanism.更多还原
