益阴明目合剂对高眼压大鼠超微结构的影响
Effect of Yiyinmingmu Decoction on Optic Nerve Morphology in rat with Experimental Ischemic Retinopathy
【摘要】 目的:研究益阴明目合剂对实验性缺血大鼠视神经超微结构的影响。方法:用高眼压方法制作Wister大鼠眼缺血模型,分为6组,分别为空白组、造模组、预防组、益阴明目合剂低剂量组(低剂量组)、益阴明目合剂高剂量组(高剂量组)和复明片组,电镜观察各组大鼠的视神经超微结构。结果:预防组,高/低剂量组、复明片组视神经的显微结构均优于造模组,逊于空白组。结论:益阴明目合剂能有效改善视神经缺血缺氧状况,对青光眼后期造成的视神经损害有一定的作用。
【Abstract】 Objective:Tto investigate the effect of Yiyinmingmu Decoction on optic nerve morphology in rat with experimental ischemic retinopathy.Methods:Sixty rats were randomly divided into six groups:Kongbai group,Zaomo group,Yufang group,Low Jiliang group,High Jiliang group,Fu Ming group.The rats were injured by increasing intraocluar pressure of eyes.The microstructure and ultrastructure of the optic nerve were observed with election microscope.Results:The optic nerve ultrastructure in the rats fed with Yiyinmingmu Decoction and Fuming pian is better than the zaomo group and less than the kongbai group.Conclusion:Yiyinmingmu Decoction can relive the experimental ischemic retinopathy significantly,indicating a promising therapeutic effects on ischemic damage of optic nerve because of glaucoma.
