【摘要】 目的探讨在特重型颅脑损伤病人抢救过程中,用深静脉置管术代替外周静脉置管术的可行性。方法观察对46例特重型颅脑损伤病人,经颈内静脉或股静脉行深静脉置管术成功效果。结果穿刺46次、46条血管,均置管成功;导管尖端未发生感染。结论特重型颅脑损伤病人应采用深静脉置管,其操作方便、快速,不破坏血管,对提高抢救成功率有较好的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To study the feasibility of deep vein catheterization instead of peripheral vein tube in the rescue of the patients with the special severe craniocerebral injury.[Methods]Put the deep vein catheterization in internal jugular vein and femoral vein to 46 patients with special severe craniocerebral injury,and the effect of those were observed.[Results] All of the 46 times of punctures and catheterizations were successful.No infection occurred.[Conclusion]Deep vein catheterization is convenient and fast,which should be used in the nursing to the patients with special severe craniocerebral injury so as to reduce the damage to vessels and increase the success rate of the salvage.更多还原
