【摘要】 目的通过加标实验,验证试纸条快速检测法对酒中氰化物定量测定的准确性。方法将不同浓度的氰化物标准溶液加入酒样中,用试纸条快速检测法测定加标后酒样中的氰化物浓度。结果该法测定水样中的氰化物含量时,结果较为准确;在测定酒样中氰化物含量时,能判定是否含有氰化物,但其测定结果不够准确。结论方法具有快速、简便的优点,适于水样中氰化物的定量测定及酒样中氰化物的定性测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To prove the accuracy of determining cyanide in wine by using cyanide reagent strip test method through standard addition test. [Methods] Different concentrations of cyanide-standard solution were added in wine samples, and then were determined by cyanide reagent strip test kit.[Results] The results of the test in water samples were more accurate; in wine samples the test can determine whether they contains cyanide, but the results were not accurate.[Conclusion] Cyanide reagent strip test method is fast and simple, and is suitable for quantitative determination in water samples and qualitative determination in wine samples.更多还原
