【摘要】 目的探讨健康人外周血淋巴细胞中热应激蛋白70(HSP70)表达水平,确定机体细胞不同水平HSP 70的基础值,以评价不同个体是否适应于某种职业有害因素。方法选择健康人群108名作为研究对象,采用免疫印迹法(Western blot)检测淋巴细胞中HSP 70表达水平。结果该人群≤30岁、>30岁年龄组HSP 70表达水平分别为5.7591±0.66257、6.0663±0.62 103,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。按照性别进行分组,男性、女性组HSP 70表达水平分别为5.8375±0.55970、5.8813±0.71790,两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。按照不同体重指数进行分组,消瘦、正常、超重、肥胖,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论外周血淋巴细胞HSP 70在不同年龄组间表达水平不同,不同性别和不同体重指数的健康人其HSP 70的表达无差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To explore expression level of Heat Stress Protein 70(HSP 70) in peripheral blood lymphocytes in healthy people, and identify the different levels of basic value of HSP 70 in body cells so as to evaluate whether different individuals adapt to some certain occupational hazards.[Methods] A total of 108 healthy people were selected, western blot method was applied to detect expression level of HSP 70. [Results] Expression level of HSP 70 among ≤30 years group and >30 years group was 5.759 1±0.662 57 and 6.066 3±0.62 103 respectively, the difference was significant (P<0.05). That among male group and female group was 5.837 5±0.559 70 and 5.881 3±0.717 90 with no significant difference (P>0.05). Among emaciation, normal, overweight and obesity groups, there was no significance (P>0.05).[Conclusion] The expression level of HSP 70 in peripheral blood lymphocytes are various in different age groups, and are similar in healthy people with different genders and Body Mass Index.更多还原
