【摘要】 目的观察通腑降气汤治疗功能性消化不良的疗效。方法将115例诊断为功能性消化不良病人随机分为2组。治疗组68例,服用通腑降气汤;对照组47例,服用西沙必利片。4周为1疗程,每周记录症状1次。疗程结束后进行总疗效的评估。结果治疗组治愈19例,显效26例,有效16例,无效7例,总有效率89.7%;对照组治愈7例,显效11例,有效14例,无效15例,总有效率68.1%。2组治疗效果比较,差异有统计学意义,P<0.01。结论通腑降气汤对功能性消化不良疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To observe the effect of Tongfujiangqi Decoction on Functional Dyspepsia treatment.[Methods]115 patients with diagnosed functional dyspepsia were divided into 2 groups randomly.68 as therapeutic group were treated with Tongfujiangqi Decoction;47 as control group were treated with cisapride tablets.The two groups had a course of treatment for four weeks with a weekly record of symptoms.[Results] Among therapeutic group 19 were cured,26 were notable,16 were effective cases,7 were ineffective,with the total efficiency of 89.7%.Among control group 7 were cured,11 were notable,14 were effective cases,15 were ineffective,with the total efficiency of 68.1%.The difference of therapeutic effect between the two groups was significance.(P<0.01) [Conclusion] The effect of Tongfujiangqi Decoction on functional dyspepsia treatment is notable.更多还原
