护理专业学生护理技能教学现状分析及对策

【摘要】 对2005级护理专业生进行调查问卷,发现了护理技能教学中存在的问题。通过制订适当的增加操作课的课时数,采取平时操作+考试+综合能力的方式,加强专业知识的宣传和教育,教会学生简单的信息检索途径及介绍相关信息来源,鼓励学生充分利用学校资源等对策来解决。

【Abstract】 Investigation was conducted by questionnaire to 2005 grade students majoring nursing, and problems were found in teaching of nursing skills Students spend more time on operation and learn professional knowledge through operation, examination and overall capacity training. Students are encouraged to know how to retrieve data and get familiar information. The school resources are fully used to solve problems.
