菟丝子多糖降糖作用机制研究
Research on Mechanism of Cuscuta Chinensis Polysaccharide Effects on Diabetes Mellitus
【摘要】 目的:探讨菟丝子多糖降糖作用的可能机制。方法:以碘-淀粉法观察菟丝子多糖体外抑制α-淀粉酶活性,体内观察菟丝子多糖对正常小鼠口服淀粉血糖的影响,测定链脲霉素糖尿病大鼠血清游离脂肪酸(FFA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量,观察菟丝子多糖对这些指标的影响。结果:菟丝子多糖体外显示一定的抑制淀粉酶活性,体内能降低正常小鼠餐后血糖。菟丝子多糖能降低STZ、FFA、MDA水平,提高SOD水平,表明其具有脂代谢和抗氧化作用。结论:菟丝子多糖可通过多个途径发挥降糖作用。
【Abstract】 Objective:To study potential mechanism of effects of Cuscuta Chinensis Polysaccharide on diabetes mellitus.Methods:Inhibiting effect of CCP on α-amylase were observed with iodine colorimetry.After being given CCP,postprandial blood glucose of normal mouse and FFA,SOD and MDA of experimental diabetic rats were determined.Results:Cuscuta Chinensis Polysaccharide showed inhibiting effect on α-amylase in vitro and could significantly heighten levels of SOD,and reduce levels of FFA and MDA of diabetic rats.Conclusions:Multi-pathway mechanism may be underlie effects of CCP on diabetes mellitus.
