【摘要】 目的:比较豆根管食通口服液联合化疗治疗晚期食管癌的临床疗效和对血清蛋白CA199、CA724、CEA、GST-Pi的影响。方法:选择已确诊的晚期食管癌患者共60例,随机分为两组进行化疗。治疗组在化疗同时给予"豆根管食通口服液"口服至3周期结束,治疗后判定疗效及对血清蛋白影响。结果:治疗前后两组比较,其一般状况、症状体征、生活质量、临床疗效经各评分评定及血清蛋白均有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:豆根管食通口服液给药简便,易行,能明显改善食管癌患者的一般状况和症状体征、提高生活质量,减轻患者的临床症状及降低晚期食管癌患者的血清CA199、CA724、CEA、GST-Pi的水平等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of Dougenguan Shitong combined with chemotherapy for the Advanced esophageal cancer and the expression of serum CA199,CEA,GST-Pi.Methods: A total of 60 cases of advanced esophageal carcinoma were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group treated with chemotherapy alone and the treated group with chemotherapy and Dougenguan Shitong. The therapeutic efficacy were evaluated after 3 treatment cycles. The general condition,clinical symptoms and qualify of life of the 2 groups were observed, while the levels of serum CA199,CA724,CEA and GST-Pi of 60 cases of esophageal carcinoma patients were measured determined after treatment.Results:After treatment, the general condition, clinical symptoms, and qulity of life in 2 groups were both improved ( P<0.01) ,and those of treatment group were better . The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group after 3 cycles treatment (P< 0.05 ). Conclusion:The levels of serum CA199,CEA and GST-Pi in post-chemotherapy patients in the treated group were significantly lower than those in the control group( P<0.01)更多还原
