【摘要】 目的:观察静灵口服液治疗肝肾阴虚型感觉统合失调(SID)儿童的效果。方法:将68例年龄4~10岁的肝肾阴虚型SID患儿随机分为两组,实验组的治疗采用口服静灵口服液与感觉统合训练相结合,对照组则仅进行感觉统合训练。两组均于治疗前后进行感觉统合能力、CONNER父母症状问卷评估。结果:两组治疗后较治疗前在前庭平衡能力、触觉防御、本体感、学习能力、行为因子、学习因子、多动冲动因子、多动指数均有改善,实验组各项分数改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论:静灵口服液对治疗肝肾阴虚型感觉统合失调儿童有一定的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of Jingling liquid in treating the children with SID belong to hepatorenal asthenia and to compare the effect of treating the SID with medication combined sensory integration training and only with sensory integration training.Methods:68 children SID belong to hepatorenal asthenia were collected and divided into the study group and the control group.The study group was prescribed for one course of Jingling liquid and received sensory integration training while the control group only received sensory integration training.The Sensory Integration Function tests and the Conner’s Parent Rating scale were used to evaluate the effect before and after therapy.Results:The scores of the vestibule balance dysfunction,tactile perception dysfunction,Somatosensory dysfunction and learning disabilities of sensory integration abilities in the study group increased more significantly than those of the control group.The factor scores of Conner’s Parent Rating scale including conduct disorder,learning problem,impulsive-hyperactive behavior,hyperactive index,and Psychosomatic disorder in the study group also improve more significantly than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jingling liquid is effective in the treatment of the children with SID belong to hepatorenal asthenia.更多还原
