【摘要】 目的:观察通冠胶囊对气虚血瘀型急性心肌梗死(心梗)患者PCI术后心功能的影响,方法:选择本院急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者介入术后(PCI)中医辨证属于气虚血瘀证型的患者79例,随机分为治疗组40例,对照组39例。对照组PCI术后常规西药抗凝、抗血小板、扩冠、降脂等治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加服通冠胶囊,观察两组之间在服药不同时间(术后第1天、第14天、第84天)心脏彩超指标的变化。结果:对照组与治疗组比较,术后第1天,LVEDVI、LVESVI、LVDD、LVDS、IVSD、LVPWD、LVEF、LVMI各项均无统计学差异;在术后第14天和术后第84天,各项均有统计学意义。自身前后对照,对照组术后第14天与第1天比较,各项指标均有统计学差异;术后第84天与术后第14天比较,除IVSD外各项指标均有改善。治疗组术后第14天与第1天,各项指标的改善均有统计学意义,术后第84天与第14天比较,除IVSD、LVPWD外,各项指标均有显著改善。结论:西药常规治疗组和加用通冠胶囊组均能减少心脏扩大、改善心脏舒缩功能,加用通冠胶囊组比对照组有更显著的效果,且随着时间的延长效果更明显,此外,二组都有减少心肌肥厚的作用,且加用通冠胶囊组比对照组有更显著的作用,但未观察到随着时间的延长效果增加。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effects of Tongguan Capsule on cardiac function in acute myocardial infraction patients of Vital Energy Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome post percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:Seventy-nine patients diagnosed as Vital Energy Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome post PCI were randomized into two groups,39 patients in the control group received anticoagulation,antiplatelet,anti-anginals and cholesterol lowing drugs,while 40 patients in the treatment group received the same thrapy but Tongguan Capsule was also added.The differences in indices assessed by echocardiography between the two groups after receiving therapy(the 1st day,14th day,84th day after PCI) were observed.Results:There is no significanct differences in echocardiographic indices(LVEDVI,LVESVI,LVDD,LVDS,IVSD,LVPWD,LVEF,LVMI) between the treatment group and control group at the 1st day after PCI(P>0.05);but at the 14th day,84th day after PCI,there were significant differences between the two groups in all of these indices.The intra-group comparison showed that there was significant difference in each index in the control group between the 1st day and the 14th day,and between the 84th day and 14th day,except IVSD.There was also significant difference in each index between the 1st day and the 14th day in the treatment group,and between the 84th day and 14th day,except IVSD,LVPWD.Conclusion:Both the treatment group and the control group showed improved systolic and diastolic cardiac function,but the treatment group was superior to the control group in reducing cardiac dilatation.In addition,both the groups could decrease the myocardial hypertrophy,and this effect was more pronounced in the treatment group.However,this effect did not strengthen with time going on.更多还原
