【摘要】 目的:观察肾安冲剂对阿霉素肾病大鼠T细胞亚群的影响,探讨肾安冲剂对阿霉素肾病大鼠保护作用机制。方法:采用阿霉素尾静脉注射制造肾病综合征大鼠模型。雄性SD大鼠72只,随机分为6组:正常对照组、模型组、肾安冲剂小剂量组、肾安冲剂中剂量组、肾安冲剂大剂量组和泼尼松组,每组12只。造模后开始给药,治疗8周后运用流式细胞仪检测大鼠全血T细胞亚群。结果:模型组阿霉素肾病大鼠CD+4、CD+4/CD8+比值明显低于正常组与各治疗组,各治疗组阿霉素肾病大鼠的CD+4、CD+4/CD8+比值均有不同程度的升高(P<0.05),且以肾安冲剂大剂量组对T细胞亚群的调节作用最好(P<0.05)。结论:肾安冲剂通过调节阿霉素肾病大鼠的免疫功能,发挥对阿霉素肾病大鼠的保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of Shen’An Chongji(SACJ) on T lymphocyte cell subsets in kidney of rats with adriamycin nephrosis,and to explore its mechanism of kidney protecting.Methods:Seventy-two male SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups,the normal control,the mode group,the SACJ low dose group(SACJ-L),the moderate dose(SACJ-M) group and high dose(SACJ-H) group,and the prednisone group,12 rats in each group.Rats in the latter 5 groups were made into Nephrotic Syndrome(NS) model by tail intravenous injection with adriamycin(ADR).After the models being made,the administration of drugs started and lasted for 8 weeks,T lymphocyte cell subsets were measured by flow cytometer.Results:The percentages of CD+4 cell and the ratio of CD+4/CD8+ were significantly lower in the mode group than those in the normal control group,which were increased in group SACJ-L,SACJ-M,SACJ-H and the prednisone(P<0.05),and the optimal effect was shown in group SACJ-H(P<0.05).Conclusion:SACJ plays a role of kidney protection by regulate cellular immunity.更多还原
