【摘要】 斑块内新生血管,正性重构血管以及内皮功能严重不良血管与斑块的易损性关系密切,故提出易损血管概念,并将这3种类型的血管归属于易损血管范畴,认为在对易损斑块进行药物干预的同时,应考虑其对易损血管的影响,利用中药多靶点、多途径干预疾病的优势,研究开发对易损斑块和易损血管均有良好作用的中药更具临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Intrtaplaque angiogenesis,positive remodeling vessel,endothelial parafunctional vessel have close relationship with plaque vulnerability.The author proposed the conception of "vulnerable vessel" and consider the aboved three kinds of vessels as vulnerable vessel,on which the effect is emphasized when medicine interferes in vulnerable plaque,thereby,it has important clinical significance to investigate and explore herbs,which have good therapeutic action to vulnerable plaque as well as vulnerable vessel.更多还原
