【摘要】 目的:观察补气活血豁痰法治疗已生育妇女无痛性下壁心肌缺血的临床效果。方法:将查出的113例患者随机、单盲分为补气活血豁痰法治疗组55例,复方丹参滴丸对照组58例,两组病例先根据其舌脉差异进行辨证分型,分别归入心气虚弱、心血瘀阻、痰浊内阻证型中,然后进行治疗,以3个月为治疗终点,观察治疗前后心电图、胸闷、舌质舌苔、脉象及血、尿、大便常规加隐血实验、肝肾功能的变化,记录服药不良反应,据此评价药物效果。结果:治疗组与治疗前的心电图对比,心肌缺血获得明显改善(P<0.01),与对照组比较差异亦非常显著(P<0.01);两组对心气虚弱、心血瘀阻、痰浊内阻型患者都有治疗作用,但治疗组对心气虚弱型、心血瘀阻型的作用比对照组更加显著(分别P<0.01、P<0.05),对痰浊内阻型的作用则两组接近(P>0.05);两组治疗期间均未发现不良反应,肝肾功能及血、尿、大便常规加隐血实验亦无异常改变。结论:补气活血豁痰法治疗已生育妇女无痛性下壁心肌缺血安全、有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of the invigorating qi,promoting blood flow and eliminating phlegm method treating inferior wall myocardial ischemia without pain in females who have bred children.Methods:We divided the 113 patients diagnosed of inferior wall myocardial ischemia without pain into 2 groups:first,a group of 55,treated by invigorating qi,promoting blood flow and eliminating phlegm method; second,of 58,treated by Fufangdanshendiwan.At the beginning,these two groups of patients were classified into 3 types:deficiency in heart-qi,stasis in heart blood,and blockage of phlegm,according to the difference of the manifestation of their tongue and pulse.Then after 3 months of therapy,compared the patients’ ECG,tongue and its coat,pulse,blood,urine and Sed including occult blood tests,liver and kidney functions with those before the treatment.Recorded the adverse reaction and evaluated the effect of the drugs.Results:ECG of the first group showd that the condition of myocardial ischemia had been improved greatly (P<0.01),and the difference was also significant when compared with the control group (P<0.01).Two methods were both effective to the group of deficiency in heart-qi,stasis in heart blood,and blockage of phlegm,but in the experimental group the therapeutic effect was stronger in the type of deficiency in heart-qi and stasis in heart blood than that in the control group (P<0.01,P<0.05).To the type of blockage of phlegm,the effects of the two groups were close (P>0.05).No untoward effect occured in both of the group,with no abnormal changes in hepatic and renal function,blood,urine and Sed including occult blood tests.Conclusion:The methods of invigorating qi,promoting blood flow and eliminating phlegm are safe and effective for inferior wall myocardial ischemia without pain in females who have bred children.更多还原
