【摘要】 目的:衰老对机体的免疫功能、器官组织等具有一定的影响,本研究以中药复方平肺口服液及十全大补汤作用于老年小鼠肺癌移植瘤模型,观察对小鼠肿瘤及免疫功能的作用。方法:购置62只雄性C57BL小鼠,其中老龄组(15~16个月)32只,6~7周龄30只。于右前肢腋皮下接种制备好的细胞悬液,分为6组,予十全大补汤或平肺口服液,第16天处死小鼠,测量小鼠的瘤重、肿瘤细胞增殖周期、脾淋巴细胞增殖反应和血清IL-2。结果:平肺口服液能够抑制小鼠肿瘤,改变细胞增殖周期,提高脾淋巴细胞增殖反应,提高血清IL-2,数据有统计学意义;十全大补汤对小鼠的免疫功能指标有作用,对肿瘤相关指标影响结果没有统计学意义。结论:平肺口服液和十全大补汤均能改善老年Lewis肺癌小鼠的免疫功能,平肺口服液的抑瘤明显作用优于扶正为主的十全大补汤。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Aging affects the immunologic function, organs and tissues of body. In this study, Chinese traditional medicine was applied on an aged lewis lung cancer mice model, and the effects of the medicine on immunologic function were observed. Methods:62 male C57BL mice formed following groups: one group is consisted of 32 old age mice (15～16 months) and the other 30(6～7 weeks) in standard group. Cellular fluid was inoculated in subcutaneous tissue of right hand forearm. Six groups was divided and the two different medicine was applied respectively. The general status of mice bearing tumor was observed. 16 days later, Pathological tissue examination, multiplication period, spleen lymphocyte multiplication reaction, and serum IL-2 were conducted. Results: Pingfei Mixture can effectively inhibited the growth of tumor, modified multiplication period of tumor cell, promote spleen lymphocyte multiplication reaction, raise serum IL-2, the data have statistics significance. Shiquan Dabu decoction has effect on the index of immunologic function, and the results of influence of medicine Shiquan Dabu decoction on related index shows no statistics significance. Conclusion: Both Pingfei Mixture and Shiquan Dabu decoction can promote immunologic function of lewis lung cancer mice, it is Pingfei Mixture that can inhibit the tumor more effective Shiquan Dabu decoction.更多还原
