【摘要】 目的:比较蒙药碱面与食用碱面的药效。方法:采用炭末法观察蒙药碱面与食用碱面对正常小鼠和阿托品抑制模型小鼠的肠推进作用。结果:蒙药碱面与食用碱面对小鼠肠蠕动均有显著促进作用,但蒙药碱面的药效明显优于食用碱面。结论:在临床应用中不适于完全用食用碱面代替蒙药碱面。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of Mongolian Medicine Trona Venenum and edible Trona Venenum. Methods: The effect on the propulsion of the gastrointestine of mice was observed by Charcoal-powder method. Results:Two drugs both can effectively improve the velocity of intestine,but the effect of Mongolian Medicine Trona Venenum are more remarkable.Conclution: Mongolian Medicine Trona Venenum should not be replaced by edible Trona Venenum completely in clinic.更多还原
