【摘要】 目的:用HPLC法测定射干中射干苷的含量。方法:采用Agilent1100高效液相色谱仪,在流动相为甲醇-0.1%冰醋酸溶液(30∶70),流速1.0mL.min-1,检测波长266nm,柱温25℃,用外标法定量,测定射干中射干苷的含量。结果:射干苷在0.22~1.1μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=6485.5X+82.95(r=0.9998),平均回收率为97.66%,重现性RSD2.30%为(n=5)。结论:本方法简便、准确、可靠,灵敏度、重现性均良好,为评价射干质量提供一个可靠测定方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the content of tectoridin in Rhizoma Belamcandae by HPLC.Methods:The analysis was carried out on Agilent C18 column(4.6mm×150mm,5μm).The mobile phase was consisted of MeOH-0.1%HAc(30∶70) with the flow-rate at 1.0mL·min-1 and the UV detection wave-length was at 266nm.The column temperature was 25℃.Results:The calibration curve was in good linearity over the range of 0.22～1.1μg,and the regression equation was Y=6485.5X+82.95(r=0.9998).The average recovery was 96.93%.RSD of reproduction was 1.14%.Conclution:The method is simple,sensitive,accurate,quick,reproducible and provides a reference standard for the quality control of Rhizoma Belamcandae.更多还原
