【摘要】 目的:以木犀草苷含量为指标,结合药材产量及绿原酸含量,评价山东产金银花10个不同种质的内在质量。方法:高效液相色谱法。结果:10个不同种质金银花中木犀草苷的含量为0.075%~0.221%。结论:不同种质金银花中木犀草苷的含量存在着较大差异。以木犀草苷含量结合产量及绿原酸含量,筛选出4个优良种质,1个淘汰种质,为金银花优良种质的筛选与评价积累依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the content of galuteolin in ten germplasm rescources of Flos Lonicerae Japonicae in Shandong Province and combine with the production and content of Chlorogenle Acid for evahuating their quality.Method:The method of HPLC was used.Results:The contents of galuteolin are different in ten germplasm rescources of Flos Lonicerae Japonicae ranging from 0.075% to 0.221%.Conclusion:Great variance of the galuteolin’s content in ten germplasm rescources of Flos Lonicerae Japonicae in Shandong Province is existed.Taken the content of galuteolin as indicatrix,the yield and chlorogenle acid of medicinal materials are also referred,four germplasms are screened to be good germplasms;and one germplasm rescource is waited for further researching.The results supply evidences of evaluating and screening the germplasms of Flos Lonicerae Japonicae.更多还原
