【摘要】 目的:探讨补脾益气中药对脾虚哮喘大鼠环核苷酸水平的影响。方法:以中医理论为指导,建立了大鼠脾虚哮喘病证结合模型。观察补脾益气法对模型动物支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中细胞总数、嗜酸细胞数(Eos)及BALF上清液中环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)、环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)含量及二者的比值的影响,以及补脾益气中药和β2-受体激动剂(β2-AA)对BALF细胞孵育液中cAMP、cGMP含量及二者比值的影响。结果:与正常对照组比较,脾虚哮喘动物和哮喘动物均表现为Tot、Eos升高,cAMP含量降低,cGMP含量升高,cAMP/cGMP比值降低。脾虚哮喘动物的变化更为明显。补脾益气中药对脾虚哮喘和哮喘动物均可降低其Tot、Eos降低cGMP含量,升高cAMP含量和cAMP/cGMP比值。BALF细胞孵育液中,补脾益气中药与β2-AA联合应用能更为显著的降低cGMP含量,升高cAMP含量和cAMP/cGMP比值。结论:补脾益气中药可升高cAMP含量,降低cGMP含量,纠正cAMP/cGMP比值。补脾益气中药与β2-AA合用药可加强抗哮喘作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effects of the method of "reinforcing the spleen to replenish QI" on the contents of cAMP and cGMP of the rat asthmatic models with spleen-deficiency.Methods: According to the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM), the rat asthmatic models with spleen-deficiency were set up by the methods of setting up animal model of spleen-deficiency in TCM and bronchial asthma in west medicine. The effects of the medicine of "reinforcing the spleen to replenish QI" on total cell count(Tot), eosinophil count(Eos),contents of cAMP and cGMP and the ratio of cAMP and cGMP in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) of model animals were observed. The effect of "reinforcing the spleen to replenish QI" combined with the β2-adrenergic agonists(β2-AA) on contents of cAMP, cGMP and the ratio of cAMP and cGMP in BALF were observed also.Rusults: In animals of both groups of spleen-deficiency asthma and asthma, the counts of Tot and Eos and the cotent of cGMP increased, the content of cAMP and the ratio of cAMP and cGMP decreased; the changes in animals of spleen-deficiency asthma are more markedly compared with those in animals of asthmatic group. The medicine of "reinforcing the spleen to replenish QI" can notably reduce the counts of Tot and Eos,and the content of cGMP; and raise the content of cAMP and the ratio of cAMP and cGMP in model animals.The medicine of "reinforcing the spleen to replenish QI" combined with β2-AA can markedly reduce the content of cGMP, increase the content of cAMP and the ratio of cAMP and cGMP in BALF.Conclusions: The medicine of "reinforcing the spleen to replenish QI" can bring on a satisfactory result in treating asthma through increasing the content of cAMP, decreasing the content of cGMP, correcting the ratio of cAMP and cGMP. The anti-asthmatic effect of the medicine of "reinforcing the spleen to replenish QI" can be reinforced if it was used in combination withβ2-AA.更多还原
