【摘要】 从实验、理论与现实条件3个方面探讨中医冬病夏治社区防治慢性阻塞性肺痛(COPD)菜单式服务方案的可行性,为通过网络信息平台构建COPD个性化防治新模式提供科学依据。并结合实际,提出建议:在社区医疗机构的有关网络信息平台中嵌入中医辨证施治模块,加强对COPD患者的个性化防治管理;充分利用社区医疗机构的资源,组建COPD俱乐部等,为促进此方案的实施与推广搭建平台。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on trial,theoretic and realistic conditions,the article analyzed the feasibility of the service menu scheme,which treated COPD in local communities by adopting the method of "winter disease cured in summer"(WDCS) in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),which provided the scientific basis for the construction of a new model on the individuality prevention and treatment of COPD based on the platform of information system.Meanwhile,the article brought forward some recommendations: embedding TCM treatment module in the community health service network to enhance personal management to COPD patients;taking full advantage of community health care resources to set up COPD club etc so as to build a platform to implement and disseminate WDCS program.更多还原
