蚕蛹提取物对糖尿病大鼠血糖和血脂水平的影响
The Effects of Silkworm Pupa Extract on the Blood Glucose and Lipids Levels in Diabetic Rats
【摘要】 目的观察蚕蛹提取物对糖尿病(SD)大鼠血糖和血脂的影响。方法用高脂高糖饲料及链脲佐菌素建立糖尿病大鼠模型,分别给模型组大鼠灌喂不同剂量的蚕蛹提取物。给药6w后,测定血脂水平,血糖值。结果(1)实验第10W末,蚕蛹提取物治疗各剂量组大鼠血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均显著低于糖尿病模型组,这些变化一直持续至12W末实验结束。(2)第10W末,治疗中、高剂量组的大鼠血清HDL-C水平,与模型组相比,显著升高。而治疗低剂量组的HDL-C与模型组间无显著性差异。(3)蚕蛹提取物治疗各剂量组大鼠血糖显著性降低,并且高剂量组的降糖作用更明显。结论蚕蛹提取物可以有效的降低糖尿病大鼠的血糖及血脂水平,并且在降血糖方面具有一定的剂量依赖性。
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of silkworm pupa extract on the blood glucose and lipids levels in diabetic rats.Methods Diabetic rats model was duplicated with fat-and sugar-rich diet and streptozotocin.All of the rats were divided into 6 groups including the normal control group,the glibenclamide control group,the diabetic model group and the low,middle,high dose treatment groups.The diabetic rats in treatment groups also were fed with different doses of silkworm pupa extract.The blood glucose and lipids levels were determined after 8-week treatment Results The serum levels of triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)were significantly lower in the treatment groups than in the diabetic model group from the end of the 10thto the 12th week.Compared with the diabetic model group,there was significant increase of the serum high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)level in the middle and high dose treatment groups,no significant increase in the low dose treatment group at the end of the 10th week.The blood glucose levels significantly decreased in all treatment groups,especially in the high dose treatment group.Conclusion The silkworm pupa extract can effectively decrease the blood glucose and lipids levels in diabetic rats,and have a dose-dependent manner.
