【摘要】 目的观察慢性乙肝病毒携带者血清标志物与肝组织HBcAg表达的相关性。方法对80例慢性乙肝病毒携带者行快速经皮肝穿刺术取肝组织,免疫组化染色检查HBsAg,HBcAg。荧光定量PCR法检测血清HBV DNA。ELISA法检测血清HBsAg、抗-HBs、HBeAg、抗-HBe和抗-HBc。结果血清HBsAg均阳性,血清HBeAg阳性者48例、HBeAg阴性者32例,血清HBV DNA阳性者50例、HBV DNA阴性者30例。肝组织HBsAg阳性者68例、肝组织HBcAg阳性者43例。结论慢性乙肝病毒携带者肝组织HBcAg表达与血清标志物HBV DNA、HBeAg有相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the relation between serum markers of hepatitis B virus(HBV ) and the expression of HBcAg in liver tissue in patients infected with HBV.Methods Percutaneous liver paracentesis were carried out in 80 persons carrying HBV to get liver tissue.The expressions of HBsAg and HBcAg were examined with immunochemistry.Serum HBV DNA was analyzed with fluorescence - quantity PCR.Serum HBsAg,anti - HBS,HBeAg,anti - HBC were analyzed with ELISA.Results Serum HBeAg was positive in all cases.serum HBcAg was positive in 48 cases and negative in 32 cases.Serum HBV DNA was positive in 50 cases and negative in 30 cases.HBeAg was positive in 68 liver tissues and HBcAg in 43 liver tissues.Conclusion There are relations between the expression of HBsAg in liver tissue and serum HBV DNA and serum HBeAg in patients with HBV.更多还原
