【摘要】 目的:研究一株具有抗肿瘤活性的海洋真菌的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析和薄层层析等方法进行分离纯化,以现代波谱技术和理化性质鉴定化合物的结构。结果:分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为:(S)-(-)-N-苯甲酰苯丙氨醇(1)、asperphnam ate(2)、酒酵母甾醇(3)、(22E,24R)-6β-甲氧基麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3,β5α-二醇(4)、(22E,24R)-5,α6α-环氧麦角甾-8(9),22-二烯-3,β7α-二醇(5)、(22E,24R)-3,β5,α9α-三羟基麦角甾-7,22-二烯-6-酮(6)、(22E,24R)-3β-羟基麦角甾-5,8,22-三烯-7-酮(7)、麦角甾醇(8)、过氧化麦角甾醇(9)。结论:化合物(7)为首次从微生物中分得。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the chemical constituents of a marine-derived fungus possessing anti-tumor activity.Methods: The compounds were isolated by various chromatographic methods and their structures were elucidated through spectroscopic analysis and chemical and physical properties.Results: Nine compounds were isolated and identified as:(S)-(-)-N-benzoylphenylalaninol,asperphnamate, cerevisterol,(22E,24R)-6β-methnoxyergosta-7,22-diene-3β,5α-diol,(22E,24R)-5α,6α-epoxy-ergosta-8,22-diene-3β,7α-diol,(22E,24R)-3β,5α,9α-trihydroxyergosta-7,22-diene-6-one,(22E,24R)-3β-hydroxy-ergosta-5,8,22-trien-7-one,ergosterol,ergosterol peroxide.Conclusion:(22E,24R)-3β-hydroxy-ergosta-5,8,22-trien-7-one is isolated from microorganisms for the first time.更多还原
