金线莲化学成分的研究
Studies on Chemical Constituents from Anoectochilus roxburghii
【摘要】 目的:对金线莲(Anoectochilus roxburghii)的化学成分进行系统研究。方法:利用硅胶柱色谱、大孔吸附树脂柱色谱及Sephadex LH-20柱色谱进行分离纯化,通过理化常数和波谱分析技术进行结构鉴定。结果:分离得到了10个化合物,分别为:3(R)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖氧基-丁酸(γ)内酯(Ⅰ),硬脂酸(Ⅱ),软脂酸(Ⅲ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅳ),琥珀酸(Ⅴ),对羟基苯甲醛(Ⅵ),胡萝卜苷(Ⅶ),4-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖氧基-丁酸甲酯(Ⅷ),对羟基桂皮酸(Ⅸ),邻苯二酚(Ⅹ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ、Ⅷ、Ⅹ为首次从该种植物中分离得到。
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents from Anoectochilus roxburghii.Methods:The compounds were isolated and purified by repeated column chromatographies with silica gel,Macroporous resin and Sephadex LH-20,and their structures were identified by their physical and spectral datas.Results:Ten compounds were isolated and elucidated as:β-D-glucopyranosyl-(3R)-hydroxybutanolide(Ⅰ),stearic acid(Ⅱ),palmitic acid(Ⅲ),β-sitosterol(Ⅳ)and succinic acid(Ⅴ),p-hydroxy benzaldehyde(Ⅵ),daucosterol(Ⅶ),and methy1 4-β-D-glucopyranosyl-butanoate(Ⅷ);as well as p-hydroxy cinnamic acid(Ⅸ)and o-hydroxy phenol(Ⅹ)were identified.Conclusion:Compound Ⅰ,Ⅷ,Ⅹ are firstly isolated from this species.
