【摘要】 目的:观察脑复康软胶囊对血管性痴呆（VD）大鼠学习记忆功能的影响。方法:制备VD模型,采用避暗法及水迷宫法评价脑复康软胶囊对VD模型大鼠学习记忆功能的影响,并用荧光分光光度法测定大鼠海马组织中5-羟色胺、多巴胺和去甲肾上腺素含量。结果:50～200 mg·kg^-1脑复康可以明显改善VD大鼠的学习记忆功能。与模型组比较,200 mg·kg^-1组可明显增加VD大鼠海马组织内5-HT,DA及NE的含量（91.4%,98.6%,50.0%）,差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论:脑复康对VD大鼠学习记忆功能有一定的改善作用,其机制可能与提高脑组织中单胺类神经递质有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the protective effect of Naofukang soft capsule on the learning and memory in rats with vascular dementia（VD）.Methods:The protective effect of Naofukang soft capsule on the learning and memory impairment in VD rats was evaluated by step-through and Morris water maze techniques.For exploring the mechanism,the contents of 5-HT,DA and NE were measured by flurospectrophotometry.Results:Naofukang soft capsule at 50～200 mg·kg^-1obviously improved the learning and memory ability of VD rats.Naofukang at 200 mg·kg^-1inereased the levels of S-HT,DA and NE by 91.4%,98.6%,50.0%（P<0.01）in the hippocampus. Conclusion:Naofukang soft capsule can improve the learning and memory ability of VD rats.The mechanism of this effect may be related to increasing the levels of 5-HT,DA and NE in the hippoeampus.更多还原
