齿轮故障的震动局部损伤信息诊断法
Gear Fault shock partial information injury diagnosis
【摘要】 本文介绍一种提取齿轮局部损伤信息的方法。设时域因果性实现号为x(t),则其希尔伯变换为,x(t)对应的解析信号位g(t),g(t)的幅值A(t)为信号x(t)的包络。据此原理,对齿轮震动信号进行包络处理和同步平均处理,已提取齿轮高频震动中的轮齿局部损伤信息。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces a partial injury to extract information Gear approach.A time-domain causality for the realization of x(t),its Xierba transform,x(t) in the corresponding analytical signal g(t)and g(t) amplitude A(t) signal x(t) of the envelope.Accordingly principle,the gear vibration signal envelope processing and handling an average of synchronous,high-frequency vibrations have been collected in the gear tooth injury partial information.
