反应物浓度对CoFe2O4前驱体粒度的影响

【摘要】 利用共沉淀法制备了CoFe2O4的前驱体粉末。结果表明:反应物浓度对前驱体粉末粒度影响显著。当反应物铁钴离子总浓度小于0.6mol·L-1时,前驱体粉末粒度在3~9μm,颗粒发生聚集生长;随着反应物浓度增加,粉末粒度减小。当浓度升高到大于1.2mol·L-1,颗粒严重团聚,粒子之间聚合程度大,形成网状结构的团聚体,团聚体粒度大于8μm。选择合适的反应物浓度,可以得到粒度较细、粒度分布窄、粉末分散性较好的前驱体粉末。

【Abstract】 Precursors of CoFe2O4 were prepared by a co-precipitation method. It is demonstrated that the concentration of reactant had a remarkable influence on the particle size. When total concentration of Fe2+ and Co2+ was below 0.6 mol·L-1,the particle size of precursors was from 3 μm to 9 μm,and particle grew by gathering; the particle size was to be finer with the increase in concentration of reactant. While the concentration above 1.2 mol·L-1,gross gathering of the particle took place,the size of agglomerate size with network structure was larger than 8 μm. The dispersed precursor powder with fine size narrowed distribution was available by adopted proper concentration of reactant.
