锆基吸气剂吸气性能的研究
Sorption Characteristics of Zr-Based Getters
【摘要】 研究了采用传统冶金工艺制备的锆基吸气剂在不同激活温度下的吸气性能,对比了锆基吸气剂对H2,N2,CO的吸气性能,同时对吸气剂的孔隙度、孔径、比表面积、表面形貌进行了测试。结果表明,激活温度为500℃时,吸气剂就具有吸气性能,随着激活温度的升高,吸气剂的吸气性能越好;吸气剂对H2的吸气性能远远好于N2和CO。对吸气剂在不同激活温度下吸气性能差异的原因做了深入的探讨,并初步分析了吸气剂对于不同气体的吸收性能,从而使人们对锆基吸气剂的认识更加深入全面。
【Abstract】 The sorption characteristics of Zr-based getters prepared by utilizing conventional metallurgical technology at different activation temperatures were studied. The sorption speed properties of Zr-based getter for H2,N2,CO were compared. Porosity,aperture,specific surface area,mechanical strength and surface morphologies of the Zr-based getters were determined and observed by means of related testers and scanning electron microscope. The results showed that the getter exerted its effectiveness on sorption when the activation temperature was 550 ℃,and the sorption properties would be obviously improved with a rise in activation temperature. Its sorption capacity for H2 was superior to for N2 and CO. The cause of the phenomenon why the sorption characteristics at different activation temperatures were different was discussed in detail. The sorption characteristics for different gases were analyzed initially,that was more helpful to understand the Zr-based getters more extensively.
