磁电复合材料的研究进展
Progress in Research of Magnetoelectric Composites
【摘要】 铁电/铁磁复合材料作为一种新型功能材料,以其独特的物理性能和广泛的应用前景,已成为目前功能材料领域新的研究热点之一。简要介绍了磁电复合材料的磁电效应、特点及应用,重点评述了磁电复合材料的分类、各种制备工艺和研究状况,最后指出了目前存在的问题及发展趋势。
【Abstract】 Ferroelectric-ferromagnetic composite is a new type of functional material, which possesses good magnetoelectric coupling effect and has extensive applications. In present paper, the basic mechanism of the magnetoelectric effect briefly was illustrated and the characteristics and applications of magnetoelectric composites were introduced. Progress in research and classification of magnetoelectric composites were reviewed briefly. Finally, existing problems and the trend of the study on the material were also discussed.
