富锗闪锌矿的氧压酸浸研究

【摘要】 对云南某地产的富锗闪锌矿进行了氧压酸浸的小型试验研究,通过试验研究了浸出温度、浸出时间、氧分压、精矿粒度、酸锌摩尔比和搅拌速度对锗浸出率的影响。正交试验结果表明,浸出温度和氧分压是影响锗浸出率的主要因素;单因素条件试验表明,在浸出时间,120min;氧分压,1.2MPa;浸出温度,150℃;酸锌摩尔比,1.5;搅拌速度,700r.min-1;精矿粒度,0.045mm的条件下,锌和锗的浸出率能达到99%和90%以上。

【Abstract】 Acid pressure oxidative leaching of germanium-rich sphalerite was investigated such as leaching temperature, leaching duration, oxygen pressure, granularity, molar ratio of acid to zinc and rotation speed affected the dissolution of germanium. Orthogonal experiment results showed that leaching temperature and oxygen pressure were major factors affecting the dissolution of germanium. And results of experiments of single variable factor influenced on leaching germanium showed that the dissolution of Zinc and germanium could reached 99% and 90% above, respectively,under the condition of 120 min leaching duration, 1.2 MPa O2 partial pressure, 150 ℃, 1.5 molar ratio of acid to zinc, 700 r.min-1 rotation speed, 0.045 mm granularity.
